General conditions for organised groups
PAYMENT POLICY
These conditions apply in all cases, unless otherwise specified in the official offer received by the Client from the Sales Manager.
The organizer pays:
• 10 % of the estimated total cost at time of confirmation,
• 90 % of all ordered services, invoiced at least 30 days before arrival.
Payment must be made within the agreed time and on the agreed terms, as specified in the offer, to the hotel's bank account as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY
These conditions apply in all cases, unless otherwise specified in the official offer received by the Client from the Sales Manager.
A confirmed event must be cancelled at least 60 days in advance, otherwise we reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees:
• 60 days before arrival → no cancellation costs
• 59–30 days before arrival → 30 % of the total amount
• 29–11 days before arrival → 70 % of the total amount
• 10–0 days before arrival → 100 % of the total amount
CHANGES TO THE NUMBER OF BOOKED ROOMS
These conditions apply in all cases, unless otherwise specified in the official offer received by the Client from Sales Manager.
The organiser may change the number of booked rooms under the following conditions:
- 60–21 days before arrival: up to 10 % reduction of the number of booked rooms, without penalty. In case of a change (cancellation) of more than 10 % of the booked rooms, the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty of 30 % for all rooms exceeding the 10 % quota. Penalties are charged for the entire stay, excluding tourist tax and registration fee.
- 20–10 days before arrival: reduction of up to 5 % of the number of booked rooms, without penalty. In case of a change (cancellation) of more than 5 % of the booked rooms, the hotel reserves the right to charge a 70 % penalty for all rooms exceeding the 5 % quota. Penalties are charged for the entire stay, excluding tourist tax and registration fee.
- Less than 10 days before arrival: it is not possible to reduce the number of booked rooms without cancellation charges. Each cancelled room will be charged 100 % of the cancelled reservation value, excluding tourist tax and registration fee.
CHANGES IN THE NUMBER OF OTHER SERVICES BOOKED
These conditions apply in all cases, unless otherwise specified in the official offer received by the Client from Sales Manager.
The organiser may change the number of other booked services under the following conditions:
- 7 days before the beginning of the event: reduction of the number of services booked by up to 100 %, without penalty.
- 6–2 before the beginning of the event: reduction of the number of services booked by up to 50 %, without penalty.
- 1–0 before the beginning of the event: reduction of the number of services booked by up to 10 %, without penalty.
PROTECTION OF TRADE SECRETS
The Parties shall protect as a trade secret any and all information designated as such by a written resolution of the disclosing Party and whose nature as such is known to the receiving Party, and any information whose disclosure to an unauthorised person would clearly result in substantial damage and which the receiving Party received from the disclosing Party in connection with its performance of work under this Agreement or of which the receiving Party became aware in connection with its performance of such work.
The Parties undertake not to use any information received by them as a result of their cooperation under this Agreement for any purpose other than those for which it was provided. Any documents relating to the performance of this Agreement and constituting a trade secret of either Party shall be stored by the Parties in such a manner as to prevent third parties from gaining access to such documents.
ANTI-CORRUPTION CLAUSE
This Agreement is null and void if a person promises, offers or gives any undue advantage to a representative or agent of a public body or organisation on behalf or for the account of either Party for:
• obtaining business; or
• transacting business on more favourable terms; or
• omitting due supervision over the performance of contractual obligations; or
• any other act or omission that causes a public body or organisation to incur loss or damage or places a representative or agent of a public body or organisation, the other Party or its representative, agent or broker in a position to obtain an undue advantage.
The Parties undertake to refrain from any conduct that would render the Agreement null and void under the preceding paragraph of this Article.
