General Terms and Conditions for individual bookings

• Reservations are valid until 24:00 on the day of arrival
• Check-in is possible after 15:00 on the day of arrival.
• Check-out must be done by 11:00 on the day of departure.
• Late check-out will be charged separately.
• Children 12 years of age and older are treated as adults and services are charged accordingly. This is also taken into account when booking.
• A valid payment card is required to confirm the booking. You will receive a secure link to Wordline (saferpay.com from the e-mail address booking@link2saferpay.com) to enter your payment card details. The card will only serve as a guarantee for payment. The payment for the services will be arranged at the reception of the hotel. The card will be charged via the payment system in case of late cancellation, no-show or early departure and any not paid services used during the stay at the hotel as specified in the cancellation policy.
• If the guest does not have a payment card, a deposit of 30% of the booking amount must be paid prior to arrival as a guarantee.
• If a guest wishes to change or cancel an existing reservation, they can do so in accordance with the Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation must be made in writing via email or through the booking system at least 24 hours before the arrival date, except in the following cases:
• up to 3 full days before the arrival date for periods from 23 December to 2 January and from 1 June to 30 September;
• up to 10 full days prior to the arrival date for bookings with the Early booking discount.
• In case of a timely cancellation, the payer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid or the full amount of the reservation.
• In case of cancellation outside the cancellation period, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation.
• If the reservation is confirmed by payment card, the charge will be made automatically. The rates applied will be those confirmed by the hotel at the time of booking.

• For stays of more than 7 nights, the guest will be kindly requested on the eighth day to pay for the previous 7 days.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel or change the reservation if the reservation system has been used improperly or if the error is due to the user's negligence.

• Use of pools with thermomineral water (in line with opening hours).

• Pets are only allowed in selected rooms. Please note that prior reservation and confirmation is required by the hotel.

Lunch

• 25 € per person
• Lunch is served at Adria Restaurant at Grand Hotel Portorož for all LifeClass Hotel guests.

Dinner (when booking a bed and breakfast option)

• Hotel Slovenija 5*: 35 € per person (except in summer season)
• Grand Hotel Portorož 4* / Hotel Riviera 4*: 25 € per person
• Hotels Apollo / Mirna / Neptun 4*: 22 € per person

• In single room (with one adult):
  • child up to 2 years: FREE
• In double room (with one adult):
  • child from 3 to 12 years: 20% discount
• In double room with one or two extra beds:

• one child under 12 years with two adults: FREE
• second child under 12 years: 30% discount
• person over 12 years with two adults: 10% discount

Special discounts:

• For a mandatory extra charge for Christmas or New Year's Eve dinner:

• children up to 2 years: FREE
• children from 3 to 12 years: 50% discount

General information:

• Thermomineral pools will be closed from 2 November 2025 to 2 January 2026.
• Sauna park will be closed from 1 July to 31 August 2025.
• Wellness services and other treatments at Terme Portorož must be booked in advance via email (wellness@lifeclass.net) or phone on +386 5 692 8009.
• LifeClass Portorož reserves the right to change prices.
• Prices are in euros and include VAT.
• Discounts are not cumulative.
