Terms of use for gift vouchers

The issuer of the gift voucher is Istrabenz Turizem d.d., Obala 33, 6320 Portorož (hereafter: LifeClass).

The fulfilment of the obligations under the gift voucher may be requested by the holder of the gift voucher (hereafter: Holder) during the validity period of the gift voucher. The gift voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and is printed on the gift voucher.

The Holder shall request the fulfilment of the obligation under the gift voucher by presenting the voucher at the moment of payment for the service specified on the voucher (hereafter: Service). If the Holder requests the fulfilment of the voucher after the expiry of its validity period, Lifeclass may, at its sole discretion, refuse to redeem the voucher or may request a surcharge for the difference between the value of the Service at the time of issue of the voucher and the value of the service at the time of redemption.

If the Holder is in possession of a value gift voucher and the value of the selected Service is higher than the value of the gift voucher, the Holder is required to pay the difference. If the value of the service is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the difference up to the full value of the gift voucher will be refunded to the Holder in the form of a new gift voucher.

A service gift voucher cannot be exchanged for a service other than the one indicated on the gift voucher.

The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for money.

LifeClass may refuse to honour a gift voucher if it is determined that the gift voucher is counterfeit, altered or damaged to the extent that the contents of the gift voucher cannot be read.
