The reservation made through our website does not contain any additional hidden charges and fees.

In case you would like to apply the best price guarantee clause, we ask you to do so within 24 hours after the online reservation and send us your request by e-mail to booking@lifeclass.net. The letter of request must include your name, surname, reservation number, website name and print-screen containing the offer from which it is obvious that a more favourable offer with lower price is available. Incomplete complaints will not be considered.

The best price guarantee and the related discount will be recognized only if the published lower price applies to the same room type, the same period of stay and contains the same services and conditions as the confirmed offer and price from our site. Published lower price offer must bookable within 24 hours after the complaint has been sent.

The best price guarantee is valid for on-line offers only.

The offer with the lower price must be in the same curency as ours (in EUR).

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival (exception is the offer First minute summer, where it is possible to cancel the reservation up to 5 days before arrival). The offer is valid only in  case the reservation is made through the reservation system.
